BIMCO ''(Bukovinian International Medical Congress)'' is an annual international forum, which takes place in Bukovinian State Medical University (Chernivtsi, Ukraine). Being organized by mostly medical students and young scientists of BSMU this event is one of the largest in the Ukraine. Forum takes place every year in the spring (March–April). Next, BIMCO-11 forum titled ''"Current Issues of Medicine and Pharmacy"'' will take place April 2–4, 2014. == History == Scientific forum organizes Student Scientific Society and Council of Young Scientists of Bukovinian State Medical University supported by the Rector, Professor T.M.Boychuk and the University Scientific Department led by professor O.I.Ivashchuk. Since 2003 our Conference has passed a long way from the usual annual forum for students and young scientists of the University to the All-Ukrainian scientific students’ conference with international participation and since 2004 has acquired the international status. In 2009 the Conference for the first time was included in the Register of scientific congresses, symposia and scientific conferences approved by the Ministry of Public Health and National Academy of Medical Sciences in Ukraine. For ten years not only geography of scientific forum expanded, but its subjects too: from a medical conference it grew in medical and pharmaceutical.
